HV-1000AT型显微硬度计是光机电一体化的高新技术产品，采用计算机软件编程，光学测量系统。该仪器采用LCD大屏幕显示，自动切换压头和物镜（自动转塔）、自动转换荷载（自动变荷），是新型显微维氏和努氏硬度测试仪器。

    该硬度计适用于测定微小、薄形、表面渗镀层试件的显微硬度和测定玻璃、陶瓷、玛瑙、人造宝石等较脆而又硬材料的努氏硬度。是科研机构、企业及质检部门进行研究和检测的理想的硬度测试仪器。
